As a regular customer, I was shocked by the way I was treated. I had booked an appointment over the phone and there was clearly a confusion around the time. Upon my arrival the employee in charge of appointments told me I was “very late and they cannot take me ». I tried to explain but she kept going with her monologue repeating that I was very late and they cannot take me. The main issue, was not the scheduling discrepancy, but the disrespectful and dismissive attitude of the employee. She did not listen to what I was saying and repeatedly and rudely insisted, “You are late, we cannot take you,” without allowing me to explain. When I asked if there was someone else I could speak to, she simply said, “No, there is nobody,” and refused to provide a contact number or any assistance. I was able to find an email address online to express my experience, will see if any response.
I am extremely disappointed by this lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. I do not plan to return.
