Pilates reduces risk of injury, alleviates pain, and improve posture.
At Höllviken Pilates, we are a community dedicated to wellness and the practice of classical Pilates. Our instructors provide a welcoming, supportive environment for your wellness journey, and are capable of teaching clients of all fitness levels.
We offer group training, private training and 2:1 duo training.
